Wow! He arrived minutes early from promised time, ready to work. No wasting time, he is fast, and cleanup is quick. Friendly, extremely fair in pricing, talented and knowledgeable about the project. So pleased I am recommending him to others in my building. What a pleasant surprise, although his previous reviews explain his great work ethic. He installed a new bathroom fan/light combo, so for smaller jobs like this I would recommend. Needs to improve on staying in touch, showing up on time, and having the right tools for the job with him. Overall, we got a new fan installed and are waiting for our receipt/invoiced to be mailed.
