A PLUS MEGA OVERHEAD DOORS INC

Iâ ll jump right into it. The installation process went well. Then I brought up that the property will be getting power soon and then we would be able to test the motors. Rudy replied: what motors? I continued and asked: did your estimator not catch that the double garage has 2 junction boxes where the motors are located? He replied that it was overlooked but he would send me another proposal (or what we call in the business) a Change Order. I obliged and went with it. After they completed the installation and I made the final payment I reached out to him for information on the garage doors (I was pulling the permits so needed the NOAâ s and Carbon Monoxide hazard stickers that the inspector had requested) and thatâ s when he ghosted me. I tried calling, I tried texting, I tried emailing and not even out of courtesy to say that he could or could not help did he reply a simple basic text. And itâ s bothersome to me because I am a General Contractor and itâ s behavior like that that gives all contractors a bad rep. He got paid and then disappeared. He was aware that the garage was going to be permitted, he was aware that the garage was motor operated yet I was the one who had to install the wall mounted touch pad and align the garage sensors so that I could pass my inspection which, as the permit holder, is my responsibility to double check that all is up to standards and functional prior to inspection. But the fact that I had to finish the last touches is not my concern, my issue lies with him not having the decency to respond in any shape or form when I needed additional info in order to close out my permit. All this went down during the Xmass holiday and I figured well heâ s probably out of the country and is not getting my messages and then I saw this page where it states that heâ s been working during the holidays and then it dawned on me that he just didnâ t care to respond. Whatever happened to customer service? Not good business practice, Iâ ll just leave it at that.

A family owned company, great prices and service. Antoinette the office manager, the person who answer my call got my attention for her sincere and friendly demeanor (I did not call other companies for a quote). Rudy came to quote my garage door, (he is a character) he gave me a great price for my garage door, they did a great job. The installers George & Vinnie were very courteous and professional. Rudy Jr. took care of quality control and permits. Since they did such a good job, I hire them to install my house shutters. Thanks

I would use this company again in Heartbeat ontime price was great quailt of work was excellent, wish they did more stuff around the house.

On time and affordable

I did my research before calling anybody and the technician was very honest in his advices. At any point he tried to oversell a service or product. That's rare nowadays. I would definitely recommend this company.

I was introduced to Rudy at A Plus Mega Overhead Doors by the great folks at Broward Impact Windows. These guys gave us a great quote and explained several product options. Showed up on time and did exactly what they told me they would do. Fast, friendly, professional and efficient. I would lhighly recommend them for any overhead door or shutter installation. Excellent professionalism and customer service. The specialist walked the extra mile. We highly recommend him.

On time, and completed the task on time. Can't ask for any thing more.

The install was great but they shorted me on wing nuts and I called 3 times and texted and no response. I had hurricane shutters placed on front door. The project goes from beginning to end and the end is the most vital. No communication after the check is cashed

Good job!

Responsive to any questions and or concerns

Great job. I love my storm shutter for when I travel out of town they provided the added security.

Professional, timely and provided excellent work and service! I have already hired Rudy for another job on another property!

I was very impressed with their quality of work and costumer service. We spoke on the phone and was given a quote for the repair. Once he inspected the garage door, he deducted sensors from the price since he mentioned the ones I had were in good condition. This is the type of service we, customers, all deserve. I strongly recommend A Plus Mega Overhead Doors, Inc if you are in need of garage repairs.

Great job guys!

The guy was fantastic. He repaired my door very well and at a fair price

Professional, courteous, excellent all around. I spoke with Rudy over the phone and we scheduled his visit. He called an hour before we scheduled to confirm and he arrived on time. He quickly diagnosed the issue and adjusted the door accordingly. He lubricated all of the hinges and he went above and beyond the work for the excellent price he quoted to me over the phone.
