Very upset with this company . First they said we would receive our window panes in a week, Took three weeks cause the windows were measure wrong so had to wait another week for them . They also promised special cut glass peices for us its been two weeks now that i have been trying to contact this company with no response from them they did not honor the contract with us by completing the job. Plus the workman ship was very poor. I am very sorry to have chosen this company.

Sam was prompt in answering my request for an estimate to have a window replaced within the same day. The day that I called he agreed to measure the window and came back the next morning to replace it. He was very good at communicating about the cost and did a fine job of replacing the window at a River Place Condos.

The repairman was on time, he quickly completed the repair, the repair looks great and was for a good price, and the repairman provided some suggestions on how to make all my windows work more smoothly. I was very happy with the repair.

I had a very experience with APlus. I needed two windows' glass replaced. The owner came at the appointed time to take measurements and called me a a day ahead of schedule to let me know that the glass had arrived. The job was done professioanally and at a reasonable cost. I am very satisfied.

He doesn't resilver mirrors. Your questionnaire is flawed. I don't know anything about A Plus mirror and glass since I didn't use them.

Sam spent a lot of time with me during the free estimate visit, double-checking window measurements and making sure I was satisfied. He was also able to negotitate a good price for the windows since I had so many to replace due to failed thermal seals. The job was completed as promised and I'm enjoying my new (and newly-cleaned) windows. Lots of attention to detail and A Plus made having my windows replaced easy. Thanks!

I spoke with someone from A Plus and was told that the price would be $195 to replace a pane of glass from my window. I said that I was getting other estimates. They said that they would beat any other price. I received another estimate and was ready to give A Plus the business. This is where things went wrong. It took three calls to get someone to call me back. When I finally spoke to someone again, I was quoted $125 on the phone and I agreed and we agreed that they would come by to replace the glass on Saturday morning between 10-12. The time came and went and no one came. I left messages and no one returned my calls.

Our experience with A Plus Mirror & Glass has been excellent. They were very quick, contacted immediately and provided an estimate over the phone. Came next day to take the measurements. The installation was completed before the initial schedule. We are happy with their service and already recommended to one of our friends.

I would recommend A Plus Mirror & Glass to anyone. If you were to look up customer servce in the dictionary, you would see their business as an example to follow. I had recently had to replace a douple-pane window in my home during a cold weather snap and was not prepared to properly board the window up properly. A Plus turned my window around within the hour to satisfy my concern in getting it re-installed. My hat is off to these guys. They were totally professional and provided the optimum customer experience.

Absolutely horrible experience.! It started out great, an employee came by te next day and provided an estimate. I was told that the glass would be replaced by Friday or Saturday but no later than the following Monday (this was on a Tuesday). Friday and Saturday came and went and there was no glass. I called several times and kept getting a recording...rarely was I able to connect to a live person. And when I did reach a live person, that person never knew the status of my repair. I was told that the manufacturer sent the wrong glass and A Plus needed to re-measure my window with a new delivery. But no window came. DO NOT USE!

They did a good job for a reasonable price. There was a slight delay for the work to be done because the measurements for the window were lost but everyone was very courteous and helpful. The work was done promptly and seems fine so far. I would definitely recommend them.

They did the job, which was to replace the glass in a standard size window. They were late for both the sizing and the install, but were overall customer friendly and apologetic. I rate them highly because their price was way below other estimates and work was done quickly and the finished product looks good.

We had this company install a frameless glass shower door for our bathroom. The first time they took measurements, it was incorrect and the glass did not fit. They went back and redid the door with the right measurements. After they fitted the door, about two months later, our shower door broke into a million little pieces with no warning. After doing some research of our own, we found that they did not install the door properly, as a result, it broke. We contacted the company and asked them to re-do the door but they refused and instead said they'd give us another estimate. HORRIBLE!

Very capable and responsive to my immediate needs.

I was told my 2 windows would be ready to pick up at 3:00. I went to the shop at 5:30 and they were just starting to repair the caulk gun. After waiting 1.5 hours, they finished, but there was debri inside the glass. One frame was bent prior to bringing it to the shop, but it wasn't straightened before the glass was put back in. Now it doesn't seal properly in the window frame at home. The other window gets condensate inside it. I would not recomend A Plus Mirror & Glass to anyone.
