2.5. Actually the painting job was good, but the communications with the company were challenging. Contractor missed or was substantially late for several appointments; Jason said he would be on site during the job, but was not. Items I thought were included in the estimate, were not and ended up costing me substantially more than what I thought; someone left a wet soda cup on a wood desk ruining it and the workers cleaned their brushes in my new stainless steal sink, which has caused some discoloration.

The work was done very well and on time.

A Plus failed to show up on the second day to complete the work. I had to buy materials and equipment myself to seal my deck. Very disappointed with the service. No call back when I left messages. Could never reach the supervisor.

The job was to do minor repair, clean & seal my deck. They promply cleaned the deck but I am still waiting for them to return to finish the job.It has been over 2 weeks. Very difficult to get them to respond.Obviously, I would not reccomend them to anyone.

Faye went over and beyond to keep me informed of the progress of my job with rain impending. Excellent communication on her part. Johnny did a very good job with powerwashing the siding and deck and sealing the deck. He was courteous and on time. I would use A Plus Pro Service again thanks to Faye and Johnny.

This company did an excellent job. The contract said they would complete the job within 10 days and they did. They were polite and courteous. They called the night before to let me know they were coming. I found their price to powerwash and seal my deck to be excellent--much better than other companies I contacted. They also washed my gutters, cement walk, and wooden chairs and table. I would highly recommend them.

We really liked the person who did the actual work...he was friendly and efficient.

He takes care of business, all the way around. I'm pleased with their work and professionalism.

Jason Apter came by and I pointed out some wood rot I wanted fixed on the outside window. He said that he would take care of this as soon as possible and I wrote him a check for $75.00 as a down payment. The contract he drew up even says "As soon". That was January 27th and here it is Feburary 28th. He has not made any contact with me. I called a couple of weeks ago and asked what's up? He said as soon as the snow clears. Snow has come and gone, the weather, even in February has been mild, and still no contact. I think there has been missed opportunities to do the job. I will continue to update as the waiting moves into March.

A Plus Pro promptly responded to the ServiceMagic call and were first to contact us. Their quote was certainly attractive, which is why we chose them. However, the quality of the painting job fell short of our expectations.
