Reviews
Write a ReviewThey were very courteous and explained what they would do. Friendly and helpful!
Doug is very responsive. We have used him twice. Each spring we have to remove some raccoons from our yard. Would definitely recommend Doug.
Hired for squirrel removal. Day 1, team came out to set traps externally, although the problem was in attic. Asked for invoice to be paid. Two days later, they followed up on invoice. When I promptly paid, they only came out once since. Five months later, all the traps are still in my yard and surprise, surprise, not one squirrel or other vermin in them.
Came out the same day, 12/30/2023. Set up traps. Initially responded to questions or advising him the traps had been sprung. Nothing was ever caught in the traps . Stopped responding to me mid January 2024. I still had squirrels in my attic. I ended up calling another company, which took care of the issue in a couple weeks. Integrity Wildlife never contacted me again and never came back to retrieve the traps. Sorry I spent $300 with Integrity Wildlife
Called Doug, was out the very next day on time & walked us through the process, did the inspection and set traps for us
Has been a good experience would recommend to others.

Doug / Integrity Wildlife responded immediately and he has bent over backwards to accommodate my situation. He told me his availability and called to give me notice of his exact arrival time in each of 3 visits. He's kind, conscientious, affordable and very good at his work. I would never call anyone else if my raccoon problem resurfaces. Contact Integrity Wildlife for the best pest removal service in the Carmel-to-Muncie area!
All I can say is keep in mind - "YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR". I was quoted a great price (almost too good to be true) and fast 'out of the gates' Doug (I'm assuming the owner) was here getting right to the problem to remove a family of squirrels making themselves at home having chewed two holes into the siding. There were around 7 squirrels total and I think he ended up trapping 5 - the last of which I "relocated" myself because at this point he disappeared. There still remains one squirrel living there and the holes which he said he would remedy with flashing has not been finished either. I realize it may have been a bigger job than normal and offered to pay him more for his trouble including having handed him an extra $20 bill twice on different occasions for his trouble and gas expenses. I really wish this would have worked out because Doug seems like a nice enough person BUT I really don't care too much about personality at the end of the day I just wanted the job done. I did reach out to him a week ago and got a response that his "truck was in the shop"... Tried to reach out again today with no response so how can I come to any other conclusion than 'we are done here'? From my experience, don't try to save money, pay the more expensive charges from the larger companies and get the issue resolved quickly. Cause here I am "squirrels in hand" and not much better off than I was a month ago when this journey started with Integrity Wildlife.
Doug was out the very next day and he was extremely responsive to my calls/texts. He was very good in explaining to me - in terms even I could understand - both the situation and the solution.
