"Confusion was with customer who had a shoddy furnace installation with another contractor when he tried to get his money back from them to pay our company to fix the problem."
"Customer had 6 page contract with us and once job was started, he changed details and scope of work in contract. He held up workers up for an hour before and after his work day talking with them, so we could not get a full work day completed. He would not allow us inside his home, so we were forced to go to the property on the weekend, where most of our workers could not work because of family obligations. Customer caused problems with code enforcer which caused an added delay. He also did not make installments payments as per contract."
