?????????? I had an excellent experience with Ray who came out to repair my refrigerator. From start to finish, they were prompt, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. They quickly diagnosed the issue, explained everything in a clear and friendly manner, and had the necessary parts on hand to complete the repair in one visit. Not only was the work done efficiently, but they also took the time to make sure everything was cleaned up and running perfectly before leaving. It?s rare to find this level of service these days?reliable, courteous, and skilled. I highly recommend and will absolutely call again for any future appliance needs!

Mr. Ray is very professional. He came in, asked questions, and immediately started working. He is extremely knowledgeable with washer repairs. He completed the job in a reasonable timeframe based on the repairs. I highly recommend him and would use him again.

Prompt, fixed the issue when they said they would and the price was ok.

Called then at 11pm. Returned my call at 11:30pm :). Came the next day in the morning and fixed the problem. Maybe a little high but can when I needed it! Very nice!

The representative did not clearly state the price of the work and when finish tried to charge me twice the going rate for the repair of the refrigerator. We went through MAJOR haggling to reach a resolution. Ultimately I overpaid just to get him out. He wanted me to make the check out to him personally rather than the company name. I would not recommend this company.

Came early and was very curteous. Had a little trouble getting water disconnected from the washer--but all went well, and washer was working great when he left.

FIRST OF ALL, THE TECHNICIAN ARRIVED ON "TIME"......VERY COURTEOUS AND KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT MY MAGTAG BUILT-IN OVEN.....FOUND A FEW MORE PROBLEMS THAT WILL CAUSE A REPLACEMENT RATHER THAN AN IMMEDIATE FIX. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND TO MY FRIENDS.........

Arrived on time for appointment - only reason for 0.5 stars; washer seemed to work normally when the technician turned it on; attempted to discuss possibilities etc. which led me to believe he did not know what he was doing; finally asked him to remove cover to see if he could locate anything - he did so reluctantly; after further discussion decided this was a major mistake so asked him to replace cover and leave; charged service call which I expected but $95 seemed ridiculous; when writing check he asked me to make it out to him personally (I refused) instead of the company (A M R Repair) which is not the name listed with Home Advisor

Alex was very courteous, efficient, and knowledgeable. The time spent for actual repairs was less than 40 minutes, but it took over an hour to go get the parts. Over all, I was ok with the cost after doing some comparing. I would use this company again.

My worst experience working with contractors. It was related to a small project to replace an appliance. The "technician" did not know how to disconnect the old appliance! It took him over an hour to figure it out. Then, after 3 hours of trying to install the new one he just gave up. He wanted to come back "later" to finish the job, but he did aggresively demand half of the money which was $100 over the original estimate. These people had no clue about customer service and how to treat customers. He was frustrated and started to get very aggressive so I had no choice but to pay. Think twice before you hire them!

They showed up on time and finished the work quickly and to my satisfaction.

They did not show the first day as scheduled because they didn't have my correct number. When they did show up, the guy verbally gave me an estimate of $300 for the job including parts and labor. When I asked the cost of the part, he said $150. He came back the next day 2 hrs late and charged me $350. He claimed that the part cost $250 and that I misunderstood him. He replaced the part then left. I ran the machine that night before going to bed and woke up with water all over my kitchen floor. I also called to inquire the cost of the part and was told that it's approximately $150. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS!!!

The technician that came out was very pleasant and knowledgeable.
