What started as just adding additional field line for a bedroom addition turned into a septic tank replacement. They were very upfront and honest about the condition of the old tank but still left it up to me about replacement. Once we made the decision to replace, they were very fast and efficient. They were very friendly and reasonably priced. They stayed late to make sure it was done right and on time. Passed inspection no problem.

They stayed late and made sure the job was done , even though it was getting dark. They kept in good contact and kept us abreast of their current situation while working multiple jobs.

The people from A + Septic called right away and came the next day. They were friendly and explained everything. I highly recommend them. Hard working, polite, work ethic, quality of work etc. are all outstanding. If you are looking for an honest company to fix your septic system, please call them. You will not be disappointed! Very reasonably priced.

Septic System Installation and Replacement
Very poor communication, requested half payment to start work on something that didn t need to be done and then tried to charge for items that weren t completed. When asked about this they were planning on doing the work but never finished 100% of what was originally agreed upon. It took close to a month to finally get my refund. I still never received all of the paperwork that was discussed.

"I totally understand your dissatisfaction with how things turned out!! All the rain played a big part in the delay of finishing the job!! Also when we got the soil report back we were unable to install a conventional system and you did not like the price of having a ATU installed!! Your old drain field is no longer any good and I am you feel as if I was dishonest!! I have been really busy trying to satisfy every customer as quick as I can!! I promise you my prices are way cheaper than anyone else and your prices that I gave you were really cheap!! I did not charge for anything that was not done!! Again I am sorry you are dissatisfied with the work"
