A Plus Sustainable Roofing Coatings

We are very happy with our 100% silicone roof from A+ Sustainable Coatings. Dave was helpful in educating us on the process & materials, and Daniel & crew were great to work with. Friendly, courteous, cleaned up the yard afterwards, great work ethic by all! The new roof looks great & was, by far, the best value for price. Amazing warranty, easy to reach with any questions. All around good company. Highly recommend!

I am giving A+ Sustainable Roof Coatings a well-deserved five stars. Hereâ s why: first of all, I did all my research on how a silicone roof coating should be applied by contacting Gaco and Henry Companies. I interviewed a number of companies, and A+ was the only one that described exactly how silicone should be applied properly. I was extremely pleased at their application: the attention to detail, quality work done by a highly trained team that worked diligently and respectfully. I also called their references and looked at their reviews. This roofing company definitely is A+.

I have never written a negative review but I feel it is important to tell my story to prevent other people from being ripped off and finding themselves in an expensive and stressful situation. A Plus Sustainable Roofing presented a very good representation of their work and promises of what my roof would look like with the inclusion of a lifetime warranty. Which would have been true if I would have died the day after the roof was completed because that was when the problems started. Basically, A Plus Sustainable Roofing did not receive a permit or pull a core sample before starting the job. They ended up placing the silicon over two layers of previous roofing including two layers of pumice. which is contrary to N.M. CodeR908.3.1.1. and totally illegal. As a result, the pumice shifted and my roof looked like a pool. No water at all was running off in the canals and to this date until I get a replacement roof, I have to sweep up to four inches of standing water off of the roof after each storm. The problems are too numerous to list here and all of them are due to shoddy workmanship. This led me having to hire a lawyer which is never a fun or speedy process. Try to find A Plus when you have a problem or issue, very slimy. You might want to check with the Secretary of State to confirm that they are indeed registered as an LLC. At this point, I have removed the silicone roof, that they installed, at a considerable cost and have it redone properly before winter. Dealing with the construction agencies, the legal process, and state regulation departments puts the consumer at the disadvantage of spending vast amounts of time and money. There are so many reputable roofers A Plus Sustainable Roofing is not in this category. My advice is to keep looking and save yourself a huge headache.

I called Dave after googling "canale repair", and he stopped by that same day to do a proper inspection of our roof. Turned out the 25 year old roof needed refurbishing badly. The crew led by Daniel, were thorough, expained every repair detail, took copious pictures for me, and helped me on the roof to inspect the final work. They were pleasant and professional. Appreciated their expediency, especially during the holidays, since we have had a few snow falls and rain since. No leaks or mice getting in to our roof! The owner stopped by to inspect himself, and Dave followed up with a phone call. Price was fair as well. And the silicone alternative to tar and gravel makes a lot of sense.

My roof was in bad shape and needed repair for the last 5 years. Dave and his crew are the only people in town I trust! Five different roofers, with high ratings, exaggerated their estimates, or adjusted their estimates to almost double when they actually walked the roof. Dave and his crew were very honest and reasonable. The crew always arrived on time, were very polite, hard working, and they clean up after themselves so well they left my yard cleaner than when they started. I was very impressed and relieved at their professionalism. My roof was finished in early November, and I waited until the first big rain storm and snow storm to see how the roof would hold up. It was amazing! No leaks, no stains, and my roof doesn't turn into a giant swimming pool...the water just came pouring off my roof like it use to. My wife and I were so happy we were crying tears of joy! Our roof has been made better than the day we bought it! An added benefit to their silicone solution we found is it adds a serious layer of insulation keeping the house cool during hot days and retaining the heat on cold days. Thank you A Plus for everything you did to fix and improve our roof! We will always recommend you to everyone!
