Concrete Foundation Repair
the original team was inexperienced and ill equipped. My basement was so full of concrete dust that it looked like London on a very foggy day, you could barely see the workers from the top of the stairs. They were fired by the owner that day. The remainder of the project went OK but once the "rubber epoxy" was applied they were unable to re-plaster the wall because one of the guys fired was the "plaster expert". I did receive a refund on that part of the contracted job but now I am left to plaster and repaint myself. A Plus could not recommend someone to finish the plastering/painting. In the owners defence, he did a good job filling the cracks...well we hope, we have not had a really heavy rain since the job was completed so we are praying that the work holds the water out. It took my relatives several days of cleaning to restore the basement to its original cleanliness. I would have never hired A Plus if I had known it was going to turn out like this. We have not been able to contact the owner as his mailbox is always full and we have tried several times.

A plus did an excellent job of removing mold and waterproofing my 112 year old basement. They also addressed an additional issue in the crawl space without coming back with additional costs. The basement has had plenty of rain and has stayed bone dry.

They were great, the job actually ended up being bigger than the estimator found but Stephen made sure the job was done appropriately at no extra cost. The original estimate was everything could be done from outside to stop the leaking basement but Stephen wanted to investigate further because he thought the crack was going to need interior repair. That meant tearing out drywall! I wanted it right so allowed him to remove a small section of drywall and he found a lot of mold and some pooled water behind the wall. He removed all the mold, repaired the crack on the inside and dug a French drain on the outside. No leaking since. Very satisfied and highly recommend A Plus Waterproofing. Thanks guys.

We are very happy with the work performed by A Plus Waterproofing in early December. Their technology has proven very successful in removing and encapsulating our mold problem in our crawl space. I feel like the environment in our home is a lot healthier with EZ Breathe installed. They came out the same day we called them and started working soon after. They are a good and reliable company. The honesty and sincere concern for my situation began with Janice and was carried over by the rest of the team. Brett and Michael were true professionals at every step of the process, ensuring I understood every decision they made, even the decision not to perform some services. They could have easily taken my money and performed a useless service; however, the integrity these men have would not allow them to do so. My residence was compromised by mold, destroying nearly everything I own. The team saved my most prized possessions, the photos of my children. I am so grateful to Brett for handling the photos and crystal with such care.

What should have been routine basement waterproofing turned into a project of constant change, as this old house presented many unusual twists and turns. But the A Plus crew worked diligently and got it done. They arrived on time, neat in appearance, and each one had a smile on their face and could not have been more pleasant. Their professionalism alone was worth its weight in gold. Customer Service is definitely what makes this company shine and I highly recommend it to anyone who is considering waterproofing their basement. On time, professional and cordial. Rate the value for the money as average. Crew were good to deal with and did a nice job. Took time to work around my landscape with out damaging my plants. Could have done a little bit more with their clean up around the new drains they installed . overall a good job and I was satisfied
