Helpful on the phone in scheduling and I even got an earlier appointment time than was initially scheduled during our first call but I was called and asked if an earlier appointment would be OK which I had no problem with. Service was done quickly and efficiently and other than a little bit of difficulty in communicating options and prices to fix one of my issues, I was satisfied with the work done. To be honest, the communications issue could have been more me than him because I was dealing with some other issues at the same time and my attention was divided.
