Complete Home Inspection
Team was extremely responsive! and completed the work as agreed upon and followed up with a recommended mold inspection. It would have been nice if they could do the remediation themselves, but I have to find another company.

Troy and Tyler were extremely thorough. They pointed out every detail of the home, explained issues or potential issues, and even took the time to explain how the appliances worked, what kind and size of filters I needed to buy and how often, a tricky feature about the functioning of the dishwasher, the difference between a convection oven and a regular oven, and gave me the 411 on various types of electrical outlets. These are just some examples. Additionally: they tested everything - not just a sampling. I now feel well acquainted and familiar with my home and how to properly care for it.

I looked up the company on-line, saw all the favorable reviews, and decided to give them a call. Talked to Troy and set the date immediately. The home inspector who came to work for us was Tyler Small. he did a very good job. The inspection was thorough and he explained everything to me, while working. I had many questions for him, he answered them all. Very professional, polite and thorough. recommend this company to anybody who needs home inspections. They are good!

Excellent work. Prompt, efficient and informative. Troy and Lindsay did an excellent job in inspecting my new home purchase. I had concerns about my new purchase, but after going through everything with the inspectors I gained much more confidence. Additionally, the two inspectors did the house in only 3 hours. I didn't have to take a full day off of work. I will recommend them to friends and use again.

That initial conversation was a key differentiating factor for my hiring decision. During the inspection appointment, he arrived on time, pleasant and professional. he tried to be professional but forgot to send my real estate agent the most important imformation about the house I plan on purchasing. It was an electrical problem in the bathrooms upstrairs.My agent found out the missing imformation and told him so he could send us the correct imformation. But he had no problem taking the $325! just make sure u make notes and to read the complete inspection report!

This happens very rarely and is human error. It is for situations such as this we have our 120 day inspection guarantee; had the mistake on the report not been corrected, fixing the defective receptacle would have been performed without any cost to you."

Really professional. He was consultative and took the time to sit down with my wife to walk through the inspection. They were very careful with our house and were great to work with.
