I have used several times on pump replacement and heater replacement. To replacing all my pool equipment due to freeze on 2020 and most recently my pool timer and thermostat. Joe and Jerrod are the best pool techs around. Lance the owner is awesome. They are my permanent pool people. Others donà  à  à  à ¢à  à  à  à  à  à  à  à  t even compare.

Extremely poor at communicating. Lance is a good talker and will make you feel like you will get taken care of but now 4 months later I had a heater put in that worked for a week and has been broken for 2 months. Very poor communication.

I usually do not write bad reviews, due to the impact of covid and the economy and what impact it has on a business. However, I am at my last option here with this company and willing to take this down if they make things right. I had a pool pump installed less than 3 years ago and it's under warranty. I had called this company Feb 12 prior to the freeze/storm and they came out to take a look at my pool pump. The tech that came out said it needs replaced and it's under warranty. The company dropped the ball and it's been nearly a month since then and I have called them at least 4 times since then. The last time I spoke with them the owner yelled at me over the phone and swore/vulgar at me. I told him I did not lose power and your tech came out before the storm. This is a very unprofessional company and I do not recommend them at all.

Lance looked all over the state and got me a new heater for the pool -it's working great!

They were awesome and repaired the heater on the pool very fast and had all of the parts required and no surprises. I am asking them for more help on the pool.

I can fix most things on my pool and have so I have a good idea of how things work and what they cost. I needed my heater replaced and didn t want to mess with gas lines etc and I needed it done quickly. Lance at Aquamaid is great. Both Lance and his team are very knowledgeable. Lance was very patient thru all my many questions and phone calls. Lance had me up and running very quickly and I am happy with the cost , his equipment recommendation was perfect. His team did a very nice looking and well functioning install. I highly recommend Aquamaid Pool Techs.

Very happy with communication, workers and quality of job. Highly recommend.

Poor communication. Between owner and workers, and owner and client. Came when asked not to and no advance notice on schedule of work. They just show up unannounced 7-10 day job turned into 30. Partly do to rain, mainly do to jobs that needed to be redone and unfinished work. Clean up is up to owner.

Lance and his crew are top notch! Everything we discussed happend exactly the way it was supposed to. Highly recommend!

I had several bids and Aquamaid was not the lowest, but they were very competitive and I believe that you get what you pay for. The employees that did the work were very knowledgeable and courteous. The finished product is exactly what we wanted and I have already recommended them to family and friends. Thank you for the great service.

Aquamaid did an awesome job remodeling my pool. It was an extensive remodel with replastering, new tile, new coping and a new waterfall feature. It turned out better than my vision and my family loves the soothing waterfall. I would highly recommend Aquamaid as they were professional and did not try to purchase items or remodel that your not interested in. Lance was there over seeing the project and answered all questions and explained the process.

Very organized, coordinated, beautiful replastering of our pool. Lance answered all my questions without condescending. Friendly and does not pressure you to spend on things you don't really need. Excellent price for the finished product. Great follow-up on progress of work. Linda at the office is very courteous and helpful. They have a very efficient operation. I highly recommend them for any pool structural work or periodic servicing.

We had several estimates from number of pool builders but chose Aquamaid because Lance made me feel comfortable by answering all my questions and made me feel he was not just try to get another job .All the crew menbers were very friendly and answered any questions that I might of had. The job turned out perfect. Lance called after the job was completed to make sure I was happy with the work and to call if I had any questions or problems.

I hired Aquamaid to replaster my pool. They finished the work 3 days ahead of schedule by working on Saturday and Sunday. The pool looks outstanding and it was well worth the money. They beat several competitors quotes by $350 and offered superior service. I cannot remember the last time a contractor exceeded my expecations by this much. I also use Aquamaid for my monthly pool maintenance and they have always done an outstanding job. I met with the owner, and he is a very nice guy who clearly stands behind his company. I fully recommend Aquamaid to anyone who needs a great pool company.

I can not say enough good things about this company. I had an old pool that needed to be resurfaced and Lance the owner came prepared with samples and also some great Ideas. We came up with a custom finish that I love. The guys did a great job from start to finish. They were on time neat and did a superb job. Lance and the Crew from Aquamaid were, professional, courteous and completed the renovation way ahead of discuss schedule. Lance explain the process phases by phase so we understand all step that went into our renovation and any questions the crew were very informative on . I am glad that Aquamaid had taken the time to come and survey our pool , explain all the phases of the renovation and the dedication of the crew even in inclement weather to complete the job, I want to add that we had other Pool renovation companies just give us quotes over the phone and not even meet with us, in closing I would HIGHLY Recommend the Auamaid Crew for you

Mike (supervisor) kept me informed with the entire process and was very knowledgeable. The pool and deck looks great. I will use them again for any future pool issues. Thanks Mike for ALL you did!!

The owner was great and the workers were friendly. Satisfied with pool, not happy about cigarette butts lying around the pool afterwards though. Overall would recommend.
