I read reviews prior to hiring and really cannot see why he got the reviews he did. Yes, he opened the pool and let everything on tarp fall into the pool creating a huge mess. He promised our pool would sparkle when done. Really. We still have winter debris on the bottom of the pool and water is still cloudy. We paid $300 + 50 for an automatic chlorinator. We have also invested another $108 for chemicals to get the water balanced and another $35 for the stabilizer. Normally, I never give poor reviews, however, in this case, we could have made this type of mess without help. I definitely would not hire again.

"when opening a pool we do not balance the water or do all the extra stuff we did for you. I sent my guy out 3 times. Just to try and appease only so much you can do. never promised pool would sparkle after an opening. the pool was not clear when cover was taken off so the pool was not shut down correctly. With a basic pool opening we pull cover clean start equipment. half your equipment needed work we did not charge extra for that."
