After you informed us that you had previously hired two contractors and had not paid them, we made the decision not to move forward with the project. We understand you’re frustrated, but it’s unfair to criticize the quality of our work when we never worked on your property. We wish you the best with your project.

Came and bidded on my roof in JUNE! David begged for the job I said ok, he would be out in 3 days. Two and a half weeks lter I hear from him NOW 3 WEEKS fine dont have time for the rebid thing so waited then it was 4WEEK! OUT, I said WHAT ??? now he was going to be here today I called at noon and the lil A-HOLE wont answer so I left him a nice message to listen too. I Have a new roofer but I wont be done leaveing ugly reveiw for some time, STAY AWAY from David and Rafael VILLANUEVA if you like Quality Work because you wont find with these A_HOLES!!!!

Ralph was professional from start to finish. The price was fair and the job was done efficiently. They cleaned everything up better than it was to start with. I had them replace my roof. Lowest bid. You get what you pay for. A fair number of nails and old material left behind when the project was done. eight years later, I noticed shingles popping up. I called and asked about how the warranty on 40 year shingles works. The owner said he'd be out the next day to fix the problem. Never showed up. Since, the phone goes top voicemail, which is full.

A Plus Quality Construction roofed my house a few years ago. I have now repaired 5 leaks in my roof since then. I do not recommend them.
