Wood or Fiber Cement Siding Installation or Complete Replacement
Installed defective James D. Hardie lap siding. They said this issue would be resolved after the siding was finished. I've spent a year now trying to get the issue resolved by having non-defective siding installed. I have been nice and calm throughout this process. They do not return my calls. They offer a guarantee to repair all problems within the first two years. They have not honored this guarantee. Now I am stuck with defective siding.

After meeting with a salesman and the owner, I was very impressed with their knowledge and the level of detail that they provided. The installer was a little messy, but was very personable and thorough. The owner promptly corrected a couple of concerns we had with the installation. Mistakes happen, this company took the time to correct them and ensure that I was satisfied with the result. I would definitely recommend them to others.

I thought that Brent was the most prepared of the contractors referred to me by Service Magic. He wrote up a bid on the spot, had a demo window to show me, and before and after pictures of other projects. Turns out A/R replaced the windows on my neighbor's house a couple of years earlier. The installer showed up right on time (even a little early) and was very personable and friendly. I was happy with the installation and the way the windows look. My wife went to see how the work was going, and the installer stopped and took the time to give her a little tutorial on the windows. A/R has my recommendation.

Everyone with A/R & Associates was very helpful, informative, and friendly!! Also, they were extremely professional. Brent (sales associate) showed up for the bid with a folder of information including Contractor's license, BBB membership, proof of insurance, etc., which usually you have to ask for and wait on. Jim installed 10 large windows by himself and did a great job. Bobby and Mick (co-owners) both stopped by to check on the job. The windows arrived when they stated they would, and were promptly installed. Everything was easy!

An excellent experience. The salesman was knowledgeable and interested in finding the right product for my needs rather than pressuring me into something else. The installers could not have been more courteous and efficient. An added bonus was that they removed and replaced my curtains and shades, making my experience effortless.

Good experience overall. I spoke to 10 window vendors. A/R & Associates was the first who broke-out the quote by price per window and price of install. They were also the only one who came armed with proof of insurance, county license, and a list of 20 references. They gave me multiple window options and didn't try to steer me to any one particular model. Installation went very well, and there was only one surprise which they quickly addressed. Overall, I am very pleased with the price I paid, the windows I got, and the quality of the installation. I would recommend A/R & associates.

We've dealt with many contractors, but never one as professional, thorough, likeable, skilled, and reasonable. They did a magnificent job on our bathroom. They encountered some unforeseeable difficulties due to suppliers selling us the wrong items, but never even tried to upcharge for extra trips back when the right supplies came in. We are now more sold than ever on Service Magic's pros. Brent & Mick will be our first call for any future projects!

Job turned out exactly as we had hoped it would. Couldn't have asked for a better group to work with. Our house looks brand new, and we were able to come in under budget. We would highly recommend A/R & Associates to anyone considering having James Hardie Siding installed on their homes!

We had a few little bumps, but A/R were very easy to work with and wanted our satisfaction as much as we do. We are waiting for them to come out and look at the window trim, which is not holding the touch-up paint, but other than that, an excellent rating.

The sales rep and the installer were great. There was no sales pressure during the estimate and the installer was a craftsman and a gentleman. He went above and beyond to ensure that the job was done well.
