Demolition
A.R.C. returned my calls often & timely and completed the job before the date we agreed upon which was great. I would highly recommend them and would use them on future jobs if needed.

Toxicity and Mold - Removal
Mr. Arnold did everything that we requested to be done, and he arranged the things that were not within his area. He also corrected other problems that were not part of his job. He was pleasant, understanding of my father's situation, and did a quality job for him.

Very polite. Answered questions I had. I ordered 6 new windows, two of them had a crack in them. Mark reordered them and we are waiting for them to come in. He has not finished yet due to the 4 to 6 weeks to get the other windows in. The cauking will be done if it ever dries out. We have had a lot of rain. He also fixed another window in our house that was leaking around the bottom. He seems to be picky about his work and that suits my husband and I just fine. We are also very particular.
