Adam did a complete renovation of my Manhattan apartment. I sent him pictures from the internet and he made them a reality. The building is a pre-war building and required a lot of customization, which he handled with grace. He also did it all for a very reasonable price. He cares about his work and will do whatever is necessary to satisfy customer expectations, and take the extra time to make sure the work is top quality and stands the test of time. Also very communicative and a great guy to work with.

We had the pleasure to work with Adam and his team at ARC Consulting Group to perform a full cosmetic renovation of a 900 sq ft. co-op apartment we purchased. Adam helped us overcome a failure with a previous contractor, who disappeared on us. Adam was professional and courteous from the beginning and impressed us from our first meeting. Along with the knowledge of how to work with a co-op and co-op management company, he had his paperwork and licenses ready to go immediately to begin our project. Adam was very communicative and offered quick and fair pricing to jumpstart the project. We came in with a clear vision and design for what we wanted in the renovation and largely acted as the project managers, collaborating with Adam to complete the design process. The first phase of the project moved very quickly, quietly, and cleanly, which kept other building tenants and our superintendent happy. The demo was fast and simple. As the project progressed, there were some breakdowns in communication and there were times we really had to be on top of Adam to make sure the proper products were being ordered and the scheduling of the work would continue on an appropriate timeline. Despite some bumps, Adam was able to bring the project to completion almost on schedule. We had some issues with a section of the floor that was not installed properly (a prior repair needed to be completed and was not done fully) and also another design issue with the stove gas line that left us not quite 100% satisfied. Besides these issues and the slight communication problems, Adam did a great job for a great price. When hiring Adam, we would just suggest keeping the communication channels open at all times and coming in with a clear vision of what you want, especially if you are doing a full apartment renovation.

Adam was recommended to me by someone else and Iâ m happy to now recommend him to others. He did an excellent job on some apartment renovations and performed the work on time and at a reasonable price. I look forward to working with him on other projects.

He renovated a store that needed major repairs from ceiling to the floors, including bathroom and closet the renovation project was nicely done I received many compliments for the finish product.

Adam and his team care about the quality of work they perform. On the first day they arrived early to perform the prep work before the demolition began. Each day time was scheduled to clean both my apartment and the public areas they came in contact with of my building. Adam listened when I shared the complaints I received and purchased a mop and bucket which he used daily to mop my floor, the elevator and the lobby before his team's departure. Adam went above and beyond my expectations replacing and duplicating the original window and door moldings of the room he was working on and as a bonus including the adjacent doorways. Adam and I were in constant contact. He kept me in the loop every step of the way and cleared every part of the project with me before moving forward. Adam did not try to impart his taste on me and would not share his opinion until I shared mine first. At the end of the first project we would come to realize we have similar taste. Adam's attention to detail and finishing skills leave no stone unturned. The Kitchen has always been the favorite room in the apartment and thanks to Adam and his team it is the beautiful favorite room.

Adam and his workers respected my belongings by protecting them from dust during the construction. He also maintained great communication through the entire project, giving me a steady stream of updates on progress. His pricing was fair and transparent. Adam knows what he's doing. He put together custom-made doors for 4 cabinets to make them look like one double-door cabinet! He is detail-oriented and ensures a professional finish. As a bonus he is very courteous and polite. Thank you! I will call again when I need another job done.
