ARC Irrigation

Unfortunately, it pains me to write this but after John did the work back in January. We discussed continuing to improve my sprinkler system. It took multiple calls to finish another job. I paid him a down payment on another job to start. That was January 13. It?s now March 15 and John has been ghosting calls and text messages on multiple occasions. However, I wrote him today on his companies website to make sure John was ok. As soon as I wrote I wanted a quote John immediately wrote back ready to work. I?m so disappointed and hurt by this betrayal. I can no longer promote this guys business and debating on taking John to court to have to now get my money back. It?s a shame you can?t help local businesses that are starting up when people are not honorable and steal money. I?d highly recommend staying away from this company as they?re not honorable.

John very friendly and took time to check out sprinkler system and adjust the heads as needed. Put us on a regular maintenance schedule and made it all so easy for us.

Robert did a great job he was very professional very prompt and gave us a great price. I would highly recommend him to install an irrigation system in your yard.

Robert was able to come over and take a look at my issue and had it up and running within an hour. Very friendly and customer oriented. A lot cheaper than another quote that was given of a couple of hundred dollars. ARC came in at one hundred. Highly recommend ARC to anyone needing sprinkler service.

Robert did a fine job and would recommend him for repair or installation.

All that it turned out to be was the Rain Bird timer and zone box.
