Everyone showed up every day. Painted the exterior of our very large Home. They worked hard with almost no breaks. Finished in a timely manner. Said about 2 weeks and it was done!!

I was very satisfied. One thing I will say Alberto's attention to detail is very good. They were on time, on budget and I couldn't ask for anything more. I'd definitely recommend them.

They are a good group of guys, they were even good with the kids. They worked around our schedule. They did an excellent job, would absolutely recommend. ARC even fixed another contractor's mess up.

ARC added two bedrooms to my home, I started out with a different contractor who started the job but was very unreliable and had poor workmanship not meeting any timelines. ARC came in and saved the day. I should have started out with them since I had success when they fixed my home after it was damaged during the August, 2016 Baton Rouge flood. They were reliable and did a great job with the two new bedrooms and laying of brick for my outside patios.

Our office had been living almost 30 years into the past. We are a group of differing perceptions and opinions, but ARC worked with us to make this happen and were patient. In the end, we sought out advice from ARC and they were quick to give us options and solutions for all the renovations we sought out. Every single thing they did makes me thankful for finding them. My wife and I recently decided to remodel our master and guest bathrooms. Alberto's experience, knowledge, and fair pricing were reasons we chose him over quotes from other contractors we received and we were not disappointed by our choice. Alberto and his team did a quality job and never cut corners. He was patient and understanding through changes we made along the way and he made sure we were satisfied with the end result. ARC Renovations renovated my entire house. All tile and carpet were pulled up and replaced with tile and hardwood. The entire house was painted. The remodel also include total kitchen renovation, total master bath renovation and three other bathrooms. Alberto was so easy and fun to work with. He offered so many great suggestions and also helped me control cost along the way. His crew was completly to notch. They were clean and very respective of my home and family. I would recommend this company to anyone!!!! My house is absolutely beautiful now!!!!!

Before we hired ARC Renovations, we were anxious about the process of renovating two full bathrooms. It was the most expensive thing we've paid for and wanted someone to help up make decisions and guide us through the process. Alberto was knowledgable and friendly, we welcomed him into our home and they worked hard every day. They were so clean and quiet that our two children were able to nap most days while the ARC crew were working. If you're on the fence about who to hire for your renovation, you must work with ARC. They created two stunning bathrooms in an easy and simple process. Call them today if you're even thinking about doing a renovation on your bathrooms or any part of your house. The crew worked quickly and professionally. They cleaned up after themselves. Alberto, the owner personally inspected his crews work and had them redo a section that he didn't think was properly done. It was a section that I couldn't tell wasn't properly done, so I appreciate the fact that he had his crew redo their work to his standards.

ARC was hired to renovate our home after the flood. The quote was reasonable for the work to be done. We were assured that ARC had it own people and subs. They had done some work for neighbors and those neighbors were satisfied with the work. We were told if we could move out completely that we could be in by Christmas, we started on Nov 5 and did get into the house until last week of January. During the reno, Alberto the owner, was constantly adding items to the invoice without approval from my wife or I. He misquoted the flooring and just added the extra flooring to the quote, no big deal to him it seemed extra 5000$. I told him that was not the way quoting in business was done. He told me that he does this all time and people just pay the extra!! We did pay for the extra glue for the wood floor. [ quote 900$ cost us almost 3000$] paid for some of the extra flooring. We picked the wood flooring out at ...for 75.00 $ a box, he tried to charge us 96.00$ for the same box, plus I already paid for delivery. He fired multiple tile companies, during the reno apparently his ''people'' left him so he literally hired a paint company from the street. The tile in the kitchen and sitting area was laid crooked and I insisted it be replaced and it was butt they damaged our kitchen cabinets removing the tile. They painted the existing oil based trim on crown mold and vanities with a latex paint. They did not clean, sand or prime the existing trim. Well once we got in the house and started to clean to move back in, the latex paint started to peel off the existing trim because they did not prep correctly. Vanities, window trim, window sills, literally pull the paint off. When we presented a list of items to be fixed, after we had paid in full [ my mistake] Alberto presented us with another invoice for the extra flooring he had misquoted, said if we paid that invoice he would fix the issues. or we could fix the issues and he would forgive the invoice! we already had a 0 balance invoice. We got estimates to redo trim at 5000$ and he wanted us to pay 2200$ more and then he would fix the issues! It felt like blackmail! Besides painting, Crack in spare tub Back patio deck used to cut tile has mortar and chips, a stained deck that we asked to be careful, clean every night or not use Mortar in the front driveway that will not come off. Wood floors that are scratched. We wanted them covered but he insisted that he new what he was doing and did not cover them, well they are now scratched and need to be repaired. Stain on tile floors that will not come off. He reinstalled the master tub after tiling it and the shower. It leaked because the drain was not seated right with plumbers putty. I asked him to fix and possible fix any water issues. He told me that even though he installed the tub it was not mentioned in the quote so he was not responsible for it. Don't think it works that way. They would leave at night without the house being locked. Drove us

Very pleased - great company and people. 2016 Great Flood came to our Prairieville neighborhood. Alberto & his team came all the way from Mandeville & restored our house after the flood. He & crew were excellent - very professional & knowledgeable; very good & dependable; and nice people to work with too. We're very satisfied with the work, & unlike so many, we are back in our home, thanks to Alberto & his team! Thank you, Alberto! We appreciate all of you!

Alberto and his crew did a good job on my S/R repairs and painting. And, were skilled professionals, and really nice people, as well!

Very satisfied - Job was done quickly and exceeded my expectations. Work area was cleaned daily and his crew was professional and friendly. Owner, Albeto C. during final walk through noted 3 items that he wanted to improve, had he crew fix it right then and there and then sent me pics with the improvements. Excellent customer service and very easy to communicate with when describing my needs and wants. Highly recommend!!!!
