03/11/2026 the Elastomeric Coating on my (SPF) Spray Polyurethane Foam Roof is worn thin and needs repair. It has a 10 year warranty and it is only 5 years since the work was done. I called ARC Roofing and Jason the owner said he would put a complete Finish Coating on my Roof for Free. We now know the Elastomeric Coating only lasts 5 to 7 years in this climate. I highly recommend Jason and ARC Roofing. He is a dedicated great person that wants the very best for his clients.

Project Manager Jason M. with ARC Roofing gave us a professional assessment of our roof after wind damage occurred. He is persistent in offering the best possible solution(s) and coordinating with anyone necessary to affect those solutions. It is our opinion that he is an honest and forthright man. Given our specific repair circumstances, we pursued another option and, therefore, did not take the opportunity to work with his crew. So I can't review the crews work. However, if you need a place to start for your roofing and/or restoration, I recommend starting with a call to Jason M.

Jason came over right away. He sent someone the very next day to fix our flat roof. Jason used infrared technology to find leaks we never knew we had. He was very informative and reasonable and we will use him again.

ARC and Jason Morgan also repaired the stucco from hail damage and painted the house and trim. Jason is very professional and knowledgeable.
