From the moment I contacted ARC I received a prompt return call from Mark Wise, who swiftly scheduled an appointment at my home to assess the scope of the job on my deck. Mark appeared promptly on the date scheduled and worked with me to establish a plausible solution to remedy the problems the TREX in conjunction with Dry-B-LO draining system has been causing on my 15 year old deck without costing me a fortune. Mark provided me with a very competitive price quote on the date he promised to have it to me, and then upon accepting the quote he promptly scheduled the date for the repair. To my delight, the ARC Tradesman team showed on the date scheduled without fail after also having confirmed with me one day prior their arrival. They were punctual, courteous and worked on my deck for three days, always giving me a nightly e-mail and text update until the day of completion. On the day the job was completed Mark Wise gave me the personal tour of the restored deck which is now as solid as the day it was built, only better. Due to ARC Tradesman's years of experience they professionally updated my deck to the latest water resistant standards and structural support as well as installed Soffit Vents to prevent any decay to my wooden structure in the future. I am so happy with the work Mark and his team have done! It was a pleasure working with Mark. His work was excellent and his prices were more than fair. He promptly showed up when he said he would. I didn't have to wait long for an appointment to either get a bid or do the work. He communicated very well. I had the screens replaced on the entire house and there are lots of them. He inadvertently missed one screen and when I called him he immediately set an appointment and came out with apologies. I will be using Mark again and highly recommend him.
