As a family owned business headquartered in San Antonio, TX, AR is committed to our mission to provide quality professional construction services to families and businesses within our community. AR is an insured and licensed General Contractor. AR is an Owens Corning Preferred Roofing Contractor, and an Anderson Certified window installer. We have restored hundreds of properties in our community. Our entire staff undergoes continuing education in property repair methods, building sciences, building codes, acceptable estimating practices, and product knowledge. AR is proud to be an award winning contractor, most recently collecting awards for "Best Remodeled Project: San Antonio" AND "Best Insurance Restoration: San Antonio" for 2023 & 2024 from the Greater San Antonio Builders Association. Fantastic General contractor team. Ivan really took great care of us and made sure the projects we had stayed on time and on cost. Redid our roof, replaced a ceiling, put in new wood floors, painted ceilings, patched dry wall. Everything done to high specs and handled with care.

Ivan and his team were awesome!!! He had an incredible product knowledge and worked w me on budget. They did excellent quality work and cleaned up pretty much perfectly. I would definitely go to him again for any further roofing needs.

Job was done quickly as verbally stated. Good crew work on a cold snd wet day. There was no idle time. Each worker knew there task and at times assisted others. I'd recommend this company and probably will use them in the future.

Highly recommend! wind damaged my roof leaving large amounts of shingles missing, I call and they were out here that night to get traps up to cover, just in case it rained... the impressive part was they were on another job but came out anyways after the other job to provide awesome coverage, even though it was 8pm and they were on their way to another job in Houston that night... more impressive the crew was in awesome spirits and more than happy to be helping even know they had a long drive ahead of them... this company show what it is to be customer obsessed...

From start to finish, Adam and his team were very professional. I got the estimate they same day of the appointment and was able to sign up with them the same day. They were able to do the work the next week. It was a very high quality job. I would recommend them to friends and family.
