Don't hire this ripoff artist. He took my down payment money and never showed up. Worst contractor I ever hired!

Do not hire AR Grant his workers get dropped off without proper supplies. I am still waiting one year for repair work to my garage floor and retaining wall that was not done correctly. Grant promises he will do the repair but it is one excuse after the other and now a no show. Do not hire this man!!

This man is unlicensed, and should not be performing work on others homes. As others have stated, he will start work, and then disappear, when he sends people out to do work, they are unprofessional, and often sent without necessary materials to do the work they are supposed to do. We. Had contracted Grant to put a new floor on the ground floor of our home, gentlemen showed up, and did poor work. After promising to send people back to finish work and to inspect work done, he repeatedly failed to show up, we finally hired a reputable company to fix the work Grant did and properly do the job we had expected grant to do. Under no circumstances, should you use this company or any other companies associated with Grant.

Grant never finished the scope of the work in the contract. Work consist of installing roof tarp and warranty in which involves they care to return installed tarp needed repair they will return for repair two time within 3 months following of installation. As soon as installation was completed the 2x4 wood that holding the tarp was falling. POOR workmanship. After strong wind gust I called Grant to return for repair. At this time most of roof tarp was pulled off from roof just hanging from the roof. I was concerned of parachute effect on next wind gust. After 11 days of message exchanges from Grant, NEVER showed up did NOT honored signed contract.

Horrible communication, the staff damaged caused damage to the property, and has given me the run around in regards to it getting fixed. No payments for damages have been made.

This company out of NJ did not deliver as promised. The lack of communication and broken promises on text was the reason I voided the contract. The first part of the project was completed 10 days after I was promised the job would start in 2. The second part of the project was started after (again) multiple calls and texts. Only a portion of the work was completed. Again, after multiple calls, texts, no shows I decided I no longer wanted to continue with this company. After posting a review in another website, I received threatening text messages from the owner. This company is not registered with the better business bureau. Reading other reviews mimic my experience. I say to those who are thinking about using this company, think twice. I unfortunately gave them a chance and was disappointed.

They were on time, on budget and easy to work with. I am so happy I hired them.

What I like most about AR Grant is the open communication and honesty. It made the projects we worked on smooth and relieving. Thanks again guys and see you next season!
