Hail storm broke a skylight. ARH was able to temporarily patch it the day they came out so it wouldn't leak while they ordered a new one. The new one is so much better & they did a GREAT job. I highly recommend them and will definitely call them again.

The only bad thing I have to say about them is they said they would give me an estimate for our garage roof but never heard back from them.

This was such an excellent experience - especially after dealing for 4 weeks with another company (not through Home Advisor) who would not return calls, and when a live person answered the phone I was either told they would get right back to me - or was told someone would be out to take a look and give an extimate and nothing ever happened! It was such a pleasure to have my first call answered and to learn the work could be done the same day! Excellent customer service, full service of all related issues and I am a happy customer!!!

Rick was asked to give an estimate, but proceeded to do work without our authorization. He had to come back again to complete the work since he missed significant things the first time. A couple weeks later, we had a new leak the area where some of his work had been performed. When we asked him to come back to take a look, he got defensive and accused us of trying to get "free" work. He never came by to see the issue and we have moved on to another provider to correct his poor quality.
