Victor made every effort to ensure clear communication, including involving his daughter to assist with translation. While there may have been some misunderstandings, these were not due to a lack of effort or transparency on our part. We consistently emphasize the importance of written agreements and encourage clients to confirm all details in writing to avoid any miscommunication. We are committed to maintaining clear and open lines of communication throughout every project. Quality of Work: Victor and his team are dedicated to delivering professional, high-quality service. We take pride in our workmanship and strive for accuracy in all aspects, including our quotes and final delivery. Any changes to the original quote were communicated transparently and agreed upon before proceeding. We take accusations of dishonesty seriously and have thorough documentation to support the fairness and accuracy of our agreements. We regret any confusion and are always open to discussing any concerns to prevent misunderstandings. If issues arise, we are fully committed to addressing them promptly. Professionalism: Our team is held to the highest standards of professionalism. We apologize if there was any misunderstanding or if anyone on our team did not meet these standards. Victor and his team are trained to conduct themselves professionally at all times. Any discrepancies in measurements or finishing would have been addressed immediately had they been brought to our attention during the project. This does not reflect our company's values, and we will review this matter internally. Cleanliness: It is our policy to leave the worksite clean and orderly. We understand the importance of maintaining a clean work environment. However, it's important to note that Victor and his team had completed the project, cleaned-up the residence, and had the client's confirmation that everything was good and clean. Client had inspected thoroughly during the working progress and after the work had been completed. We assure you that our commitment to cleanliness and professionalism remains strong. Please note that the initial estimate provided to the client was revised to accommodate additional requests made by the client, and these changes were confirmed by the client. The client asked Victor and his team to leave the site after the project was completed, following a dispute regarding the payment for the additional work as outlined in the updated quote. The communication breakdown contributed to this situation. Despite this, Victor and his team completed the project as agreed and left the site at the client's request. The client did not fulfill the payment for the full amount of the revised estimate and only made a partial payment. We remain committed to continuous improvement and ensuring that all clients are satisfied with our services.
