When you book ARK Appliance Repair to do your repair, you are getting a full diagnosis with a complete estimate on our initial visit. Our initial diagnosis fee is $75.00. This minimum charge includes the visit, diagnosis and complete estimate. This estimate will include parts, labor (above diagnosis fee) and tax. Brendan was polite and on time. He evaluated the problem, ordered the part, and returned to install it. When it didn't appear to be working properly I called and left a message at night. I received an email from him within an hour. The problem was identified and a solution was suggested which fixed the issue. We were satisfied with our service and will keep the company name for future reference.

Easily diagnosed the problem with my KitchenAid ice maker in freezer. Based on cost to repair, recommended not to repair, but consider new refrigerator in the future. The cost to replace a bad sensor was around $600 or more and we can live with store purchased ice for awhile. It was great to have an honest repair person tell us he didnt recommend this particular repair. I would definitely call them again.

Brendan the owner of the company was kind enough to fit me in at the end of his day. He diagnosed the potential problem and gave me some options to repair the dishwasher. He would have to research to see if he could find the part and gave me a fair estimate for what the repair would cost. He said another option would be to possibly purchase a new dishwasher.
