ARK Garage Doors LLC

I am kind of thinking these people went out of business or it is a scam. We ordered an expensive door from them in Oct 2022. After being pushed back month after month, we can no longer get in touch with them. All their phone numbers are either disconnected or the voicemail box is full and you can not leave a message. We have a lot of money invested in a door with them and I do not even know if it is been ordered. I called the door manufacturer today (Clopay) and they said Ark Garage Doors is not even in their system. Please please get back to us Ark so you can work out some kind of deal to at least get some of our money back. Please let us know if you ever even ordered our door!!

I would be cautious of this company. I have been ghosted after they took my $1360 deposit. promised to install on three different dates and have been a no-show, no-return caller, and no-return texter for months. If the price sounds too good to be true, it probably is! Do not trust them.

They are offering great garage doors service.

Rob was very quick to schedule and complete the garage spring and cable repair work on our garage. He clearly communicated the expectations about work to be done for the quote over the phone and then explained what he needed to do once he saw the problem in person. He was creative and professional about solving an odd problem caused by a unique installation situation with a low overhang door. He had the materials with him and was able to complete the job in one trip.

They were knowledgeable about the problem.

Rob and his crew man Installed my broken garage door opener. Rob communicated the time he would arrive and was spot on. They came prepared and installed the new opener in a very timely and precise manner. Rob then , explained the new Chamberlain opener and all its features to me. Excellent experience !!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Our garage door quit working, so today, which is Sunday, 3/6/22 i went on Homeadvisor to find a garage door rapair service. I picked ARK Garage Doors LLC. Within a few minutes i get a call, about 2 hours later our garage door is fixed! Thank you Kathryn for calling me so fast and thank you Robert for fixing the garage door at a very reasonable price.
