We hired ARK Inspections for a buyer's home inspection. We are first-time home-buyers, so we were looking for an inspection company that was affordable, high quality, and willing to take the time to walk us through the process and their observations. We had a tight closing timeline, but ARK was able to schedule us quickly, and returned our inspection report within 24 hours. Jacob was our inspector and he was incredibly thorough and had fantastic customer service. We chose ARK inspection ahead of the 3 inspection services our realtor initially recommended because of ARK's high reviews online. It was a surprise bonus, when we found out that ARK's pricing was competitive to if not less expensive than the other inspectors we had looked at.
