I had very uneven walkways in my yard which caused a bad fall for my wife. I reviewed A&R's very positive reviews on Angi so contacted them for the job. Allen could not have been more responsive or professional. He gave me a solid quote and showed up on time and ready to do the work. His crews were very well qualified. They demoed and formed the job one day and completed the job the next. They cleaned up, put mulch back in place and left everything in good order. You can hardly tell that anyone was there. I'm happy to recommend Allen and A&R as a well qualified contractor.

I was looking for a service provider to help with the landscaping in my front yard. A&R Landworks &Hauling was the only Angi recommended service provider to contact me. The company owner came out and we discussed the scope of work which included cleaning and removing older plants and trees and designing a new landscape look for the front yard. Allen the owner met with me to discuss the project. We decided it would take a 2 step process, removal of the old plants and trees and then a new landscape design. Allen provided a competitive quote for the removal process which I accepted. Based on the scope of work his quote was very reasonable. He came out today with his coworker and completed the first phase of this project. Allen is very knowledgeable and did an excellent job in cleaning and clearing my yard. He is very easy to work with and I highly recommend him as a landscaping service provider. He will be working with me on a new landscape design for my front yard.

I hired Alan to put some bushes in front of my grandsons new house. He did beautiful foundation landscaping within budget and on time. He's a joy to work with. I highly recommend him

Allen and his team were very impressive. Honest, polite and hard workers. Showed up when he said they would and completed the job sooner than I expected. Cleaned the job site as if they had never been there. Put in two walkways and two small concrete pads. Fair price and honest work, I do not know how a company can be any better than that. I recommend to give Allen a chance to bid your job. I would definitely hire him again.

Hired A&R for some light landscaping and mulch work. They scheduled the job quickly, arrived promptly, and got the job done in just a few hours. Mulch beds look good and at a reasonable price. They also cleaned up any messes they made which is a rarity here in Charleston!

I just moved to the area last month and needed some work done to my concrete walkway in the front of my house. So I got with A&R land works and the work was done very well and efficient . Also his team was very responsive and on time plus the owner Allen Walter’s was very professional with everything . I definitely would recommend them for any future work
