AR Luxury Cleaning Solutions LLC

I hired AR Luxury Cleaning Solutions for a move-out cleaning. The team arrived on time, and the work appeared acceptable based on the photos provided, so I paid for the service. The following day, I returned to the apartment and discovered that the oven door was broken and would no longer close. Worse, it unexpectedly fell open and nearly struck my young daughter. When I contacted the company, the owner claimed the hinge was already loose and denied responsibility. I had lived there for two years without any issues, and the oven door worked properly before the cleaning. Most concerning, nobody disclosed the damage, and the photos provided omitted the oven entirely. When I questioned this, the owner became defensive and rude. He offered to arrange an inspection, but stopped responding after I requested to be present and discussed repair costs. The cleaning itself was average at best. The lack of transparency, professionalism, and accountability was unacceptable.

Excellent service, they arrived on time and left everything spotless.
