Incredible customer service - with the initial help, Henry was friendly, communicative, and went above and beyond. Hailey from their office has also been so kind in helping finalize. A very professional, customer-first team. Their pricing was also very competitive with other quotes received. Most importantly, they helped us with keeping in our timeline and all the questions we had along the way!

Henry and his team did a wonderful job removing our asbestos positive bathroom flooring. Henry was able to do a video call evaluation of the work space prior to sending me a quote and asked questions about the work we were planning to do so he could offer additional services that we might be interested in, without being inappropriately pushy. The team was friendly and professional and went the extra mile to keep our home clean while the work was being done. It was also a great value based on the comparison shopping I did prior to hiring them. Henry was very quick to respond to my questions via text or phone both before and during the project. He was friendly and approachable and answered all my questions, helping me understand their process. I would definitely use JJ&S again in the future.
