Alon contacted me and we arranged a date for him to see what I wanted done. We agreed on a price of $1400 for cleaning pavers, to re-sand and poxy paint the concrete walk up. Alon started the job on 6/24/26 with power washing the pavers. It is partly sunny hence Alon wanted to begin the work. Alon received a deposit of $600.00. It was agreed that he would return on a day that would be hot and sunny to do the sealer and poxy paint. I did indicate to Alon that I had initially arranged to be home for the job, however when he couldn't return until June 24, 2026, I noted that I would not be home due to work. Alon noted that he didn't require me to be home- just access to the back yard. Alon arrived around 12pm on 6/24/26 and resand, sealed and painted. I paid the balance of $800.00. I spoke with Alon once he completed the work and it was clear that if I had any concerns regarding the work he would return immediately to address any missed areas. The following morning 6/25/26 I reached out to Alon and discussed the areas of concern regarding pavers not looking cleaned, gaps in the sand and concerns regarding the poxy paint on the walk up which was poorly executed. Alon noted that he would try to go over since I was home (remote) and was a no show. I reached out via text, then voice message along with an email reiterating my concerns and his lack of follow-through. I also noted that on Good Faith, I paid him all of his money without physically seeing the work. It was late and as noted I was unable to be home that day. There has been no communication with Alon as he to this date has reached out to me to address this matter.

Alon completed but at conclusion wanted to change original price to a higher amount. If you are doing pavers around pool discuss ways to protect sand from going into pool. I am still cleaning up a few days later and not done yet. Overall work was satisfactory but sloppy. I cannot recommend.

Because of the Pandemic we hadnâ t had the deck cleaned in several years - it was a sore sight. Alon went out of his way to restore it. Alon did a magnificent job and our deck is shining again! We highly recommend him!! Thank you again, Alon. Weâ ll certainly spread the word.

Left my windows streaked, had to wash all the windows my self. The front door was streaked. Damaged the awning cover and the fringe of the roll up awning
