Russell was prompt. He was very respectful and nice. He did seem a bit overworked and spread thin. But he never stopped until our chimney was taken down and put back just as he said it would be, and that we agreed.

Installed vinyl skirting on to my deck enclosure. Satisfied with the work.

Russell was rude. He did the job incorrectly. He wired my 230V outlet to 120V. It is unusable now, and he will not respond to requests to correct it.

I hired three contractors for three different projects. Russell arrived, cleaned up the shattered glass from my window, set the lower pane frame back in place, and covered the window with my tarp. Proceeded to lecture me on how to search and hire repair services as he was displeased with seeing the drywall repair company arrive in a nice vehicle. Said in the future to just hire him as he would take care of everything. He measured the window, said he would have the frame model identified by the following weekend, and place an order. Multiple weeks went by where I had to contact him again and again. Excuses were made such as needing to measure the frame again, his car broke down (he could have called and told me but did not), or that he could not identify the right frame at a warehouse so he would need to pick up my frame and bring it with him. This all took place over the course of two months. This past weekend we had an appointment scheduled for Sunday morning for him to come by the home and get the frame. He never showed up or contacted me. I essentially paid $300 for glass clean-up and a lecture. Today, I hired a separate company. They visited the home, assessed the repair, ordered the new frame, and scheduled installation all within the last 9 hours. I do not recommend this service.
