Jordan and his crew did an amazing job transforming our old kitchen into a modern farmhouse kitchen of my Pinterest dreams! Jordan was professional and easy to work with. He was incredibly detail-oriented and collaborative in the way he approached the planning and execution of our project. He was open to my ideas while providing realistic cost and time constraints which made it easy for me to make the right choices to bring my vision to life. We will absolutely call him again for any future projects!

Everyone was super nice and easy to talk to and work with. They definitely went above and beyond. They found a little bit of mold behind some trim they had to remove. They noticed a patch in the drywall just above the mold and reopened the wall to see what was going wrong. You could see the plumbing had been repaired and after running the bathtub which is on the other side of the wall there was no obvious leak so we assume the mold was left from whenever the leak was repaired. They took care of the mold and repaired the wall without charging a penny more than the original quote.

Jordan and the Arrow North team were fantastic from start to finish. They helped design and complete a full renovation on our daylight basement that included moving walls, new carpentry, new drywall, new trim and doors, floors, paint, counter, cabinets, really just about everything. The design process was smooth and bidding and pricing always seemed fair. We have worked with many contractors on residential and commercial projects, and this crew shows up on time, every day, when they say they will, which says a lot. The team is very talented as they did a lot of the work themselves and had minimal sub-contractors. They are meticulous in their work and really paid attention to detail. Jordan was always responsive to the questions that we had and his advice and recommendations were so helpful. He was very communicative about the process and gave updates regularly on what we could expect. Jordan is a great contractor, was a pleasure to work with and we would definitely recommend him to our friends/family for any project. Arrow North installed a new backsplash in our kitchen and everything came out perfect. Jordan and his team Kosty were great to work with. They are extremely attentive to detail and consulted us with all the cuts to ensure we would be happy with the finished product. They're the first contractor I've worked with in Seattle that I'm planning to re-hire. I would recommend them anyone and plan to work with Jordan on all my future projects!
