AR Residential and Commercial Construction did a wonderful job. I had a bathroom to remodel and they started right away and did a great job. The tile work is perfect and any concerns I have had have been immediately address and remedied. They worked very closely with me through the whole process. I could not be happier and will use them on the next bathroom.

This was not an easy job, from the start. A slow leak had rotted away the base of the cabinets and extended deep into the flooring, but our budget was limited so we needed to save as much of the existing cabinetry as we could. So, because of mold and rot it had to be done quickly. Because of this being un-budgeted, it had to be done on a tight budget. And because our kitchen is where we live our lives, it also had to come out awesome. Its long been said that you can have something done 1) good, 2) fast, or 3) inexpensive. Pick one. We picked all three, and Frank during planning, along with Alejandro and Felipe during execution made it happen. There were several scope changes during the process, but each time we quickly discussed the added labor cost, materials, and timeline adjustment, and got right back to work. Ultimately, they worked tirelessly with a positive attitude to achieve a deliverable we love. And they stand behind their product. I will hire them again.
