Ramiro called when he said he would and showed up when promised. Walked me through every step of the way with his professional expertise to make sure I was comfortable with every decision being made. Ramiro and his entire team worked hard and efficiently, finishing the job earlier than the time quoted. His prices were on point and I would absolutely recommend giving him the opportunity to bid on a project. You will not be disappointed.
Response from A&R Roof Services, LLC
"Thank you, Kate, for giving us the opportunity to do your roof replacement project. Let us know if you have any future projects so we can help you with. Thanks, Ramiro."

I hired this company to replace the siding on my roof after a wind storm. During the winter the same exact siding blew off again and fell into my neighbors yard. I called the company to asked them to come out and replace the siding again properly. Not only was the man I spoke to rude, and extremely unprofessional the company refused to back up their work.
Response from A&R Roof Services, LLC
"What Mrs. Darlene is saying is not true and it is not fair. The siding repair was done almost three years ago in 2018 and I told her I would go back and check it the week after she called and I told her that, that repair probably is not under warranty any more that I would check my records since it was done almost three years ago. And she started threatening me about telling her friends and to call Home Advisor and give us a bad review. And that is what she did. She did not even give me the time to go back and check if it was the same piece as she is saying. It might have been another piece because her siding is really damaged. Honestly..."

Exterior Trim Repair
Ramiro and his crew did quality work at a great price. We just bought and sold a house and he painted the entire house and porch, fixed the roof, plumbing projects, power wash, gutter work, and trim work. My wife and I were thrilled with the professional job he did and very reasonable price. Highly recommend A and R for your next home project or repair. Extremely friendly and locally owned family business. We had a pretty tight schedule and he was able to do all the work in a few days. Thank you Ramiro!

Ramiro showed up on time for the estimate. He quoted me a price which I thought was fair and we scheduled it. They showed up on the day scheduled and performed the work. I am very happy with their work and will definitely use them again and will also recommend them to family and friends. Keep up the good work Ramiro. We need good contractors!

Great experience with this company. My initial request was for an estimate to build a couple of walls but before he left I also asked to include an estimate for a minor roof repair. Received estimate less than 48 hours of assessing the job, they were able to start the following week and finished within the time-frame they set. They were prompt, professional, conscientious and the quality of work was superb. I was so happy to see they left the area as clean as it was before they started and controlled that horrible drywall dust. I would definitely use this company again and would recommend to anyone needing services they provide.

Multiple sections of my older wooden backyard fence were blown over in recent heavy winds, posts snapping at ground level. A&R responded quickly & provided an estimate half of other bidders & also did the work quickly and efficiently. This was great since we have dogs that roam the yard & needed prompt service. Would definitely recommend contacting A&R if you are in need of similar work done.

Asphalt Shingle Roofing Repair
They were prompt & listened well to my description of the problem. The fix has been reliable thus far. I was shocked at how little they wanted to charge me for the work; I would have felt like I was taking advantage of them at their price. I paid them more than double what they asked.
