Very pleased with the install.

Over priced bad work. They installed a system for my home, it?s has had multiple issues. They charged me a fee each time they came out and said mother was wrong. I had another company check and found that they installed the wiring wrong. Called ARS to make it right, it?s been three+ business days with no reply. Don't do business with them!

Xavier and Fernando did an excellent job installing my furnace. They were very professional and efficient. They kept me informed throughout the installation. They made sure that I knew how to use the thermostat.

Actually, it was none of the above, it was a plumbing job that was done in my laundry room. The Pro that did this work, his name is Gab and he was very knowledgeable, polite, friendly, and did an excellent job!

Great honest and fast

Daniel was absolutely professional and very responsive to our questions and concerns. An employee like this should be rewarded for his patience, knowledge, and problem solving ability.

The installers did a horrible job, they blocked two windows with the installation. They didn't seal the connection between the filter and the furnace. I don't recommend this company at all.

We have been using ARS for 10+ years. The entire process is smooth from scheduling, maintenance, and reminders. Today. Alfonso was the technician and he was very polite, took time to explain everything and answered my questions. Overall great experience.

Dave Thomas was very professional and knowledgeable. He was able to resolve a noise issue after installation that no other tech had a solution for. I highly recommend Dave Thomas! Initial issue was misdiagnosed by the 1st tech costing me $450 and needing to call another tech out to address the existing problem and was told repair would cost thousands resulting in replacement equipment. Blower motor on new equipment was extremely loud after installation and neither the installers or 2 techs (including the original technician) could resolve the noise issue. Dave diagnosed quickly and remedied the problem the same day.

His name was Chris he was very respectful I had a clean and check done he spent good quality time and explained the work he done so give him up most respect.

Issac was here to chemically clean the air conditioning unit. I've never seen such a dirty unit! He came out and did a great job even though he wasn't feeling well. I'm a nurse, and he decided to stay and complete the job, even though I told him we could reschedule so he could go home and get some rest.

Jay was friendly, did the job in a good amount of time and cleaned everything up after.

We got our hot water heater replaced by Scott Syrek. He was very professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and kind. He took time to walk us through the whole process and explained what he was doing before and as he did it. He also took time to explain the product and warranty in detail. We are very impressed and grateful that we found ARS. We will definitely rehire Scott! 10/10 would recommend!

This was my annual AC service call. Since my unit was now 5 years old, 2 parts needed to be replaced. I decided to be proactive & do it. As a regular customer who pays a monthly charge I got some huge discounts. Everything was explained to me & I agreed. My technician was very competent & did a great job. I’ve been a customer for 6 years now.

Customer Service was amazing. Jason and his partner were so helpful. They made sure we understood all the tests that were run, fees were discussed up front, and both service men were polite, friendly, helpful and very considerate. They were great! I highly recommend!
