New AC and furnace installed in one day

Jamie texted when he was on the way. Arrived promptly, put on foot coverings and started my yearly check. Jamie is always polite and friendly and does a thorough job of explaining his procedures and results. My filter needed replacing and he had the correct filter in his truck. Jamie always leaves the area as clean as he found it. Have used Columbus Worthington Air for years and have always had great service. Would recommend them highly and will continue to use them.

I have used CWA for years now, and have a regular maintenance agreement. They check in when it is time to check it, have found recalled parts, fixed blown fuses, and replaced igniters. When we bought this new system, there was no hard sell; they laid out options for the cracked condenser, but we decided given the age of the system to replace it. The technicians are always polite, friendly, very conscientious about leaving no trace,. They always call ahead, give us the technician’s name to verify who is expected, and ETA. It is reassuring to know I have a reliable company I can depend on.

I've got nothing but good to say about Worthington Air. Their Technicians, Installers, and even their Comfort Care salesman were great to work with. I got a pretty good education throughout the whole process, which was something I badly needed. I now have a better understand why it's important to have your HVAC system periodically checked out, which is something I never did. And I got lucky, considering how my hvac system was 19 years old and running on borrowed time, because there were several components that tested out of range.

The installers did a complete and professional job far superior vs. past work to install the same system that I have had done on my home.

He was careful, courteous, and did a complete inspection of our heating system. He listened carefully and answered my questions. I expect the best from CWA and this visit met my expectations.

It was not an install, but semi-annual service and check up. J. Arrived early was very friendly, put shoe covers on, and explained every thing he did.

Had spring maintenance performed by Jamie Thompson. Jame is always through, checked system inside and outer unit. Cleaned coils and drain, checked all mechanicals, electronics and pressures. Worked was performed in a timely manner. Always feel comfortable with service from CWA. Will continue to use them in the future.

Excellent service and knowlegeable

We had our yearly furnace and AC maintenance done along with adding a whole house humidifier and air scrubber. Our technician Doug M did a great job. He was on time, completed everything in a timely manner and cleaned up everything. He throughly explained how to operate and maintain our new equipment. Columbus Worthington Air is a great company with great employees. We wouldn't use anyone else.

I had a great experience. The company was very thorough. They told me exactly what was wrong with my furnace and didn't try to upsell me on any extras. The install was done the next day, and was super fast. The technician also installed a new thermostat and was kind enough to go step-by-step with how to use the new model. I would definitely recommend.

Rob was very nice, knowledgeable and efficient with his evaluation of our furnace.

Service on my gas furnace was done by Easton A. It was tested and cleaned to prepare for the winter season. He was very efficient, thorough and personable. He was also knowledgeable in answering my questions and offered advice and suggestions about possible future services and products.

Tech. Mikele did a fantastic job performing the HVAC PM. Mikele explained functions to me to allow the system to run more efficiently.
