Water Heater Installation and Replacement
The guys arrived on time & worked solidly till the work was done. They layed down floor covers case it was wet & nasty outside..I appreciate that. Rafael was the lead installer & he seemed to really know his business. The helper was very quiet & informative when asked a question. All my questions were answered & work done in a timely manner. I had hot water in 1 hr after they had left. Rafael explained everything about the new water heater to me & was very patient. I have no complaints whatsoever with the installation.
I do believe the cost of the heater was very high, but that inflation I guess. That’s my only complaint. Nothing to do with the installers. I do look forward to hopefully 15 yrs at least from this heater.

The plumber tech Riccie Gray showed up promptly at the the appointment time. He was very polite and professional. I needed a drain leak repaired from an upstairs bathroom tub. He was able to promptly detect and locate the source of the leakage and do the repair. He was very attentive to listen to my concerns and questions concerning the repair process and did address and answered each in a professional manner. Overall a good experience. I recommend him and ARS Rescue Rooter for any of my plumbing needs.

Water Heater Installation and Replacement
They were extremely friendly. Very quick install. And came on time after driving 80 miles from Dallas. They were friendly to our dogs and Parrot talking to each of them to make them comfortable with strangers in the house.I recommend them highly.

Not sure I selected The correct option that was repaired, but I'm not sure that it was in the list. Anyway, the plumbing lines to the AC were cleaned out and everything works perfectly now the plumber that was here was top notch and went above and beyond.

Call this company to repair my water heater and just for coming was a $85 dollars charge plus the have to contact the water heater manufacturer in order to diagnose the problem with my water heater, and that will be another $300 some plus dollars with a total of $400 and some dollar just to tell me what it⠠s wrong with my water heater, plus parts !!! That⠠s why I hire a professional company they should supposed to know how repair this type of appliance !! 𠠠𠠼𠠠𠠼𠠠𠠼𠠠𠠼𠠠𠠼

I had a hot water heater installed today. Jason did A fantastic job. He was professional, friendly and answered all questions. I have used this company for years and prices were reasonable and work outstanding, however the price for this job was unreasonable in my opinion.

Charges for this type of work were extremely high fixtures were just slightly leaking and needed a tightening and the price was $550 with a $50 discount making it $499. I will not use them again for simple projects like this Repairman needed less than 1/2 hour to complete the minor repairs. I will contact an independent repairman for future project of this type. I have found their charges for large repairs like blocked sores, etc. to be unexpected cost but simple projects. They are extremely overpriced.
