Roland took care of securing a permit to replace my gas water heater and installed it promptly and professionally! He communicated with me every step of the way til the final inspection by the county plumbing inspector who passed the install! I will use Mallard Plumbing again with zero hesitation!!

These guys were great. They maintained professional standards and communication all throughout the visit we had with them. Punctuality was also a massive plus, these guys care about both you and your time. They also went above and beyond when it came to water pipe repair and performed a quality job. I’d recommend them

I’m so thankful that I hired Mallard plumbing! Do to me owning a bunch of properties in Jacksonville an me being away it was tough for me to find reliable plumbers and trust worthy! I had a million questions and they answered all of my questions with full description videos and all!! I very highly recommend them to anyone who lives in Jacksonville not just from their work skills but their loyalty as me not being present to my home when they did the work! They left my house as it was after they were done clean spotless! I wish they had 10 star because they deserve it!

I had a fantastic experience with Mallard Plumbing. They cleaned my main sewer line using their high-pressure jetting- machine, and the results were excellent. The team was quick, knowledgeable, and very professional. On top of that, their price was great. I’m extremely satisfied with their service and highly recommend them.
