They did a great job and explained to me what needs to be done. The only criticism I have is they didnâ t call me to let me know they would be late.

Paid $566 to have the furnace serviced. 3 months later I had the property inspected to prepare for the sale of the property. None of the work I paid for was done. ARS said I would need to pay $251 for them to come back out to do the work. I am a disabled senior citizen but I know when I have been taken. Eileen S

I would highly recommend ARS - Pittsburgh to everyone who is in need of HVAC work!! From the moment I reached out to them to install was 2 business days, and then a couple days for a follow-up visit due to additional work needed which was unforeseen prior to my new boiler installation. Each and every employee (Bob, Chris, Jay and Tomas) were phenomenal. We will definitely be using ARS - Pittsburgh in the future for when we are ready to move forward with our ductless air conditioning needs.

ARS stands by their word! Customer satisfaction and a good quality of work is important to them. They will do whatever it takes to correct any customer or equipment issues. Mark is an amazing HVAC technician. He knows his stuff and has proven to be trustworthy in his heating/cooling system knowledge and repairs. When I had a recent burdensome furnace ignitor issue arise. ARS was as puzzled as I was. They assured me that they would do what it took to identify and troubleshoot the problem. They did just that!!! I thanks ARS for their loyalty to good and honest customer service!

Jarod is very punctual, professional and diligent - and super engaging! He is thorough and breaks down the technical details easy for me to understand. Ted from ARS was prompt in texting me. He used photos from my home to give me an accurate estimate and was half of the price of the other heating and cooling company I asked. His workers were prompt, professional and did a great job.
