I had an appointment window between 2:00 P.M. and 5:00 P.M. At 4:40 P.M. they called and my wife answered the phone. The person on the other end told her that they were at appointment capacity for the day. She said "let me let you speak to my husband." They hung up! I call the number back, no answer. Since they were contracted via Lowes, I called Lowes. The Customer Service Rep attempted to reach them; No Answer. I called their Corporate Customer Service and was told that the local office responsible for my service would call me back in 15 minutes; its been 50 minutes. A very unprofessional company that has no concept of customer service!
