Chad came out the same day and did a very thorough analysis of the inside and exterior heat/AC unit. He changed the filters and all his recommendations to both me and with my husband on the phone as well about his concerns. We value his expertise and we are very impressed with this company. Glad we made the decision to switch to ARS.

After a arrival time frame of 10-2, They showed up at 5pm. There was no update on delayed time frame until 2:30.

I was told that they would install on Monday then it changed to Tuesday , they showed up Tuesday and started install , damaged my wall when the had to cut the hole bigger for air handler, the tech couldnâ t cut a straight line , never framed up the opening just put the air handler in , damaged my wall while installing the thermostat . Never finished the install Tuesday , because a faulty breaker and only have one electrical for the company and he couldnâ t come back . Gave me two window untits for the night , showed up Wednesday to finish never did a systems check and forgot to turn on out side breaker , so a tech had to come back that evening , sent sever ppl out threw out the week to try and fix damage . Never fixed properly. Spoke to every manager in the company , no one talks to each other . Just a loosy experience and would not do it again . Oh and first quote was 11k then 85 and then 7k . How do u have 4k markup . How many ppl do they screw over . Yes I have a new unit but quality and management . NO GOOD

The technicians are always very friendly and knowledgeable. They take the time to explain the process. We use them for our HVAC preventative maintenance, repair and purchase.
