    I had just had unit installed 2&1/2 yrs ago. Too early for problems. They sent a repairman that same day(which was excellent). He checked out the complete unit while he was here(which was excellent). Conclusion was the heat function had tripped the circuit breaker & shut it all down. He fixed the problem & advised that if it happened again that the breaker ìwas probably too small for the unit. Just have to wait & see now. Excellent service, friendly service, good attitude. I'm impressed.

    Derrick is such a trusted professional representative for the company. In servicing our yearly HVAC system, he was very thorough, detailed and explained everything along the way. He is definitely an awesome representative for the company!

    In a nutshell, this company is disorganized, and has some major dysfunction happening with it's workers. We got a new unit in February and have over 6 maintenance calls in the first 9 months. A handful of those calls were about a drainage issue that they never followed up on and I had to 3 times to get it fixed with a different and more competent tech who actually checked and the confirmed the problem I was suspecting, which was a poor install. We finally decided to have the system removed after all the mess, which took over a month because manager wrote my email down wrong over the phone. When they finally came to remove the hvac the techs thought they were there to remove the duct work! We quickly saved us all a lot of headache by clearing that up! However, today the new system is being installed by a different company and they let me know ARS took our fuses when they removed the old system. Pretty sure our fuses weren't theirs to take. Also, sure that the techs shouldn't be smoking on the job, which I had to tell them not to do, and I watched him put his cigarette out in the old unit they were removing... Also, we live in the woods and cigarettes are a major fire hazard. ARS get it together. Add on a month after the uninstall: Still getting bills from our financing company for the 8k that we were covered under warranty on, which means ARS never told our finance company about our unit being removed. Also, when addressing this issue I looked at what we originally paid and we are owed an additional 3k because we didn't finance the whole thing. The manager overlooked that also. Currently still waiting for them to call me back.Currently still waiting for our money back. I just want this to end. Do yourself a favor. Avoid ARS. Add on number 2- Called customer service 6 times last week. Not one call back or email. Resorted to contacting better business bureau and we will taking them to small claims court if that fails. Do not hire this company.

    I chose this company because when they did their free estimate and came and checked out my home, they were the only ones that told me everything that was wrong on my house. They did a great job cleaning up behind themselves help me set up the thermostat

    From start to finish they remove 2 HVAC systems and installed 2 new systems in 1 day. Got the quote day before and pricing was perfect for us. The crew and there manager kept us updated through whole project and went over everything with us. We couldn’t be more pleased with this company and their crews. I would recommend them if you want quality hard working, professionals that take pride in there work. You will be blown away with there work!! Thank you!!
