ARS / Rescue Rooter Myrtle Beach, SC is the worst HVAC company we?ve dealt with. We purchased a new unit in July 2024, and it has had problems every couple of months since installation. Now that the one-year warranty is over, they want $119 every visit just to come out and give excuses instead of real fixes. The technician blames installation issues, yet nothing ever gets resolved. Today the unit stopped working completely. Very disappointing experience. Do not recommend.

Installer Fred K. was excellent. These replacement installations are always challenging considering all the pipes, valves and tight spaces, but Fred K. was a master made it all look easy. 5 Stars!

Heat Pump Repair or Service
Jamie was a fantastic service man. He reviewed options for my air conditioning which included specialized Equipment in the ductwork used to remediate high moisture content.although he felt it might not be needed at this time he wanted me to be aware of it in case it was needed in the future
