Central Humidifier Installation and Replacement
Reza Ehteshami was very professional and explained every step of what was needed to help our mold situation in our furnace. We are pleased with the before and after inspection that he showed us in person. Our new Air Scrubber - air purification system is working 24/7 to fight mold. I just purchased my cool and heating system on 2022 it's 90 in my house right now. I had appt time of 2:00-6:00 no one call or text me. I have this company 5 times the same story on one call me or came yet. This is ridiculous it 90 in here I will never use this company do better

I am old and made an appointment with ARS. They gave me a window of time and the service technician arrived at 9 pm. He was very nice but said it was way too dark to see the units and to NEVER schedule an end of day appointment. I called to reschedule for when I got out of hospital and had company coming to help me and the woman was SO RUDE who answered that you could not believe it!!!

They called to make an appointment with me from 12-4pm 12/8 to repair my heating system. I was waiting at home and no messages no phone call from them. I called them twice to remind them about my appointment. Finally no phone call no messages no show up. I do not think they are doing business professionally. I am very disappointed with this company.
