ARS / Rescue Rooter Richmond

Since June, the water heater has been awaiting permit service. Tineal of ARS will not return calls or answer emails. The permit ARS pulled runs out in October, and the county will not inspect until ARS submits the paperwork we faxed to ARS.

The quality of work was good. The crew was friendly. They were able to start the job quickly, once I started the project.

Shawn, the service technician, was very nice and explained everything when going over the review of my system for its spring check-up.

This company advertises economical service, then grossly over charges for what they do once on site. I will never do business with them again!!

After 3 visits and 12 days with no AC, I got a second opinion. It took a smaller local company 1 visit to diagnose the issue that it took ARS 3 visits, 2 techs, 3 guesses, and $450 (with no resolution). Of the 3 visits, they were on time once. I missed 12 hours of work because of their 4 hour appointment time windows. The explanation of the technician as to the process drug on made no sense. The quote for 410a was TRIPLE what my second quote was. Getting the second opinion will make my part come in a day later but will save me thousands.

They came and made me feel comfortable.

Hvac was half way installed. Left job undone past 3 months. Poor follow up . Placing complaints with DPOR. Buyer beware? financial companie charged entire bill and paid them without them complete the job. Scam

I hAVE ONLY TURNED THE AIR ON FOR COMPLETION OF THE JOB. tHE WEATHER HAS BEEN TOO COOL AND I HAVE BEEN OUT OF TOWN.

These guys where at my house for over 12 hours not only where they unable to get the unit to turn on they broke my screen door. Then they never scheduled the trouble shooting person to come out like they said they would so I was left without heat again in what was said to be the coldest winter. I have had problems with this unit ever since it was installed I wish I could go back and hire someone else

We had other estimates given for same job and they were able to get out and do the job the same week for cheaper price and gave us a great warranty and excellent service! We have already sent them a referral.
