ARS/Rescue Rooter of Orlando

I took long time due to part not on hand as I was told. There was a way to allow the AC to run without the part, called “by pass” but the technician didn’t know about it. Days later the manager told the tech what could be done while we were waiting for the part. That gave us AC for few days until today that the part was installed. So far, AC running on.

Dan was very knowledgeable and straightforward with what was wrong with the system. Willam was extremely helpful when explaining options for the replacement unit.

Absolutely in my opinion the most dishonest company in the business. The tech was incompetent and used big words to try to impress me, tried to submit a $2200 bill when it turned out that a circuit breaker was tripped.

Service tech did an amazing job very detailed and knowledgeable. Issue I am having is never received email of invoice and repair recommendations despite phone calls and emails.

The customer service was top notch. I only want him at my house.

Technical diagnostic evaluation: Quann took photos of compressors, coil, and other parts. He presented findings and costs of repairs. Extremely professional and well spoken. Listened to our concerns and answered all our concerns.

Lexter is very professional, trustworthy, experienced and knowledgeable. I will only have Lexter service my unit because I trust him with his decisions.

They did a great job and kept me up to date on what they were doing and answered all of my questions. I would recommend this company to everyone.

Zero stars. Worst customer service I've ever dealt with. AC salesman damaged my wall when he came out to provide a quote on a new unit. He said someone would be contacting me the following day to schedule the repair, after 2 weeks nothing has been done. I've called multiple times and have just been blown off. I called to cancel the install that had been scheduled and they told me I need to speak with quality assurance. Any time I call conveniently nobody is available in that department. Finally got a call back only for them to tell me they are not liable for the damage and the salesman David Apodaca was informed by his manager that they wouldn't be covering the damages. If this is the treatment I'm getting before having the ac unit installed I can't imagine how they treat their actual customers. I'll be looking for a more reputable company.

In 2020, we purchased a new a/c system at Home Depot and they sent ARS out to install it. We were informed that we would have free regular check ups throughout the warranty period. Every time they scheduled an appointment, the technician would later have an emergency and not show up. Finally, this year(2025), we had someone show up and service the system a few months ago. For some strange reason, all of a sudden yesterday(10/17/2025), our system is leaking freon. I?m not accusing anyone, but it seems weird that we never had problems with our new system until they started touching it. Now we have to pay close to $3,000 for repairs. To make matters worse, the technician worked from 11:30am until dark and then came in to tell us that we would be without air conditioning until Monday because the warehouse gave him a defective part. I?m left to go out and purchase a portable air conditioner for the bedroom?more money spent!!

I got the AC Tune-up..my technician Brian did a excellent job and was very informative explaining everything as he went along...

I was at Lowe's and they offered me for $29 a review and clean up in my central A/C and I've agreed. Today, the techincian came to my home and changed a capacitor, according to him, it was bad. The capacitor has been changed, they charged me almost $400 bucks and my A/C is completely off. I called the central and there are no technician available to fix the sh*t they've made! Now I'm with my family and pets suffering with this hot night and have no one to save us! Don't deal with them!!!! The worst service I've seen in my whole life!

Yes, they got the job done.And that part was a wonderful experience. I bought the air conditioner january twenty twenty five, so it's only nine months old. Maintenance came fixed, it actually patched it because it was leaking. And another malfunction, which he said was due to the manufacturer. I went 3 and a 1/2 days in 90° weather with no air conditioner. I'm a senior citizen with a heart issue and breathing issue. They're customer service is, without a doubt the worst I have ever experienced. they gave a time that they would come and fix it. They never came. No one ever called me to let me know they're gonna be late or that they weren't coming at all.. I told them my situation with my health. They didn't care, it took them four days to get here. I called them 10 times in 1 day. Pleading with them to please come and help me. Never got a response until day four. I'm still under warranty, so I guess I wasn't a priority. My advice do not do business with them. My experience was a night

My AC repairman with ARC has been in the business for twelve years. Who did an excellent job and was pleasant to work with. He checked our AC unit on the roof of my multi condo building, got my air conditioner running again and worked out all the fine details of getting it running smoothly. I’m really happy we chose to work with ARC.

Contacted at Lowes to get a 19. Dollar check up. Came out for maintenance thru Lowes . Said it was failing completely but I still have a 2 year warranty. no maintenance writeup received. Would not recommend this company (ARS) to anyone. The tech Was nice and respectful.

Ricky answered all my questions and made the process easy for me to understand. I am a very tough person to sell anything to, but Ricky has to be the best they have. I broke my rule of same day purchase. I was made an offer I could not refuse so to speak lol. ARS sent the absolute best installers to my home. Ask for the father and son team of Nelson and Jacob. Those two guys are absolutely amazing. They went above and beyond making my garage look better than it had before. To watch these two men work was jaw dropping. To do what they did requires you to be a carpenter, welder, plumber, painter, weight lifter and electrician. I'm not one to stand over someone while they are working, but Nelson and Jacob were so cool to be around. They are masters of the craft. Both very helpful with explaining all the functions of my new unit. If you have the opportunity to get Nelson and Jacob you will not be disappointed. I highly recommend ARS.
