I was quoted $260 to replace a safety switch on my water heater. The job ended up taking only 5 minutes and they said I didn't owe anything. They were very prompt in getting to the unit and providing a free estimate. I spoke with the manager as the ETA of the part from the manufacturer was unknown and my tenant had no hot water for nearly 3 days. He was professional and provided me with as much information as he could. Very impressed and definitely recommend.

Greg arrived on time and was friendly and courteous. There was a problem with the existing copper pipes but Greg made the necessary repairs and replaced the water heater. No mess to clean when he was done. I was very happy with his service.
